Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at puffyshop11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on where to send your item

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at Puffyshop11@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank
